Complete Order was established in 2010 in response to market demand for a specialist, professional service to support busy people manage their day-to-day business functions.

Simone Plunkett has had an extensive professional career in private enterprise and the government sector. She has had roles in marketing, event management, sales, tourism and office management. Drawing on her diverse experience led Simone to see being organised as a fundamental requirement for personal and professional success.

Throughout her career Simone has shown a strong commitment to client service, and to developing and maintaining relationships. Her strong organisational, planning and management skills demonstrate she understands the importance of attention to detail, effective time management and organisation. She has developed successful strategies and systems that can be implemented professionally and cost-effectively, into any workplace.

Simone has lived and worked in the Macedon Ranges region for 17 years, and is involved with several local community groups and organisations. She is dedicated, professional and reliable, with a down-to-earth, approachable and friendly manner.

Holding a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Simone is also an accredited member of the Australian Virtual Assistants Association and operates by their Code of Ethics.
